Remember to store the aluminum coil properly after purchasing it. This is because if not placed properly, aluminum coils are prone to oxidation, losing the meaning of purchasing aluminum coils. Therefore, it is necessary for us to know where the aluminum coil should be placed.
Four points to note when storing aluminum coils
1. Wrap the aluminum coil with plastic film. If conditions permit, aluminum coils should be placed in areas with desiccants to absorb moisture from the air and avoid oxidation issues;
2. If the aluminum wire reel is placed inside a wooden box, it is necessary to ensure that the humidity of the wooden box is less than 18%, and the temperature of the aluminum wire reel cannot exceed 45 degrees Celsius. These two cannot be mistaken.
3. If there is a sudden transition from a low temperature zone to a high temperature zone during placement, we should not immediately open the packaging as it is prone to oxidation. We should wait until the aluminum roller is coated and unsealed to prevent oxidation;
4. If there is rainwater or snow leakage in the warehouse, aluminum coils should not be placed, as they are prone to oxidation.
