1. The friction between the rollers and the rolling raw materials changes during work, and with the increase of rolling speed, the amount of lubricating grease carried increases, resulting in changes in the lubrication of the rollers and rolling raw materials. Friction resistance decreases, floating oil thickens, and the thickness of the aluminum coil becomes thinner.
2. The transformation of the extruder itself. The extruder using cylindrical rolling bearings, as the rolling speed increases, the roll neck will float up in the rolling bearings, causing the two rolling rolls that affect and support each other to move towards the direction of mutual closeness.
3. The production and processing of raw materials become softer when they are rolled and deformed. The rolling speed of the fast aluminum coil extruder is very high. With the increase of rolling speed, the temperature in the deformation zone of the color coated aluminum coil increases. It is estimated that the temperature of the metal material in the deformation zone can rise to 200 ℃, which is equivalent to completing a central repair quenching, resulting in a softening of the production and processing of the rolling raw materials.
